The fourth industrial revolution in 2011 aimed to transform the traditional manufacturing processes. As part of this revolution, disruptive innovations drug development and data science approaches have potential optimize CMC (chemistry, manufacture, control). real-time simulation processes using “digital twins” can maximize efficiency while improving sustainability. review, we investigate how World Health Organization’s 17 sustainability goals apply toward next-generation development. We analyze state-of-the-art laboratory leadership, inclusive personnel recruiting, latest therapy approaches, intelligent process automation. also outline modern techniques machine tools for help shorten time, reduce failure rates, minimize resource usage. Finally, systematically compare existing our experiences with high-throughput KIWI-biolab at TU Berlin. describe a sustainable business model that accelerates scientific supports global action future.
